Team Member Registration

You must register each team member one at a time.

Team members are only eligible for registration with a corresponding doctor registration.  

Team members are classified as business team, assistants and hygienists.  Associate Doctors must register under a doctor registration 

 

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations for team member registrations will be subject to a $25 administration fee. 

Cancellations for any reason including COVID-19 related symptoms are accepted up to 14 days prior to the event and will be subject to the cancellation fee of $25. 

There will be no refunds for cancellations inside the 14 days for any reason. 

Registrations can be transferred to another person if required.  

COVID-19 Policy:

We will follow all local and provincial guidelines in place at the time of the event.
