Cancellation Policy:

There will be a $50 admin fee for any and all doctor registration cancellations.

Cancellations for any reason including COVID-19 related symptoms are accepted up to 14 days prior to the event and will be subject to a $50 admin fee per cancelled registration.  

There will be no refunds for cancellations inside the 14 days for any reason. 

Registrations can be transferred to another person if required.
