Three women. That's it. Hand picked by me. This is not going to be a fit for EVERYONE... only the 3 of you who are deeply committed to actually making a change this year.
Here's what it is. A group mastermind built around two numbers. Your production. And your time off. We are going after both at once.
You'll set a specific production goal for the year. Maybe that's hitting a million. Maybe it's doubling. Maybe it's just your number. And you'll set a specific time off goal too. A day dropped. Real days back in your life.
Tracking your numbers isn't optional here. It's the whole point.
The Commitment
We kick off with a planning call on December 7th. Then we meet as a group on these dates, every time from 8am to 12pm MDT
January 4, February 1, March 1, March 29, May 10, June 7, July 5, August 16, September 13, October 25, December 6, our wrap up call
Each one of these is a planning day. No patients. No interruptions. You block the whole morning and you work ON your practice, not in it. Plus a private Slack channel for support in between calls.
This is mentorship. This is accountability.
This is being in the room with other women doing this same work, instead of doing it alone.
Coaching at this level usually runs $40,000 to $60,000 a year.
This is $1,500 USD a month for 12 months. That's the lowest this will ever be, because it's the first one I'm running.
I'm not looking for everyone. I'm looking for the woman who is ready to put in the work. Who will calendar the time and actually show up for it, including every one of those dates above. Who wants to be mentored, and wants to learn from other women doing this too.
